I like that the book is not only 150 recepies.
It also has explanations about 100 ingredients, their vitamins, minerals, for what they are good and against which illneses they are recommended. So, we can learn too.
I have tried several recepies, they are good.
But one Detail: it alwas says they give more or less 1/2 lt. smoothie. That is wrong, it gives you much more. Impossible that 3 cups of liquid, 2 mangos and 2 apples give you 1/2 lt. smoothie! You get much more. So, if is for one person (like in my case), use 1/2 of the ingredients listed in the recepies and you will get 2 smoothies.
I would recommend for next Editions to add amall photos of some ingredients which are exotic or from other countries. They are several ones I do not know what/how they are.
