Dr. Barbara Ann Brennan studierte Physik an der University of Wisconsin (USA) und war wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin der NASA am Goddard Space Flight Center. Ende der 1970er-Jahre begann sie Ihre Forschung auf das menschliche Energiefeld zu konzentrieren. Sie machte eine Ausbildung als bioenergetische Therapeutin und lernte bei indianischen und nichtindianischen Heilern. Heute leitet sie die Barbara Brennan School of Healing in Florida..
Gabriele Kuby studierte Soziologie und war 1967 Referentin im AStA der Freien Universität Berlin. Ihre spirituelle Suche begann 1973. Von 1974 bis 1976 besuchte sie in England die Gurdjieff-Schule "International Academy for Continuous Education". 1977 unternahm sie als Journalistin eine ausgedehnte Reise durch spirituelle Kommunen in Amerika. Außerdem arbeitet sie als Dolmetscherin und Übersetzerin.
