Gute Zusammenfassung wichtiger Themen die uns alle angehen. Das Kapitel über ADHS ist allerdings "ein wenig" uninformiert und über Bewegung (im sportlichen Sinne) und die Auswirkung auf das Gehirn wird seltsamerweise gar nicht eingegangen. Politische Einflüsse, wie ein anderer Leser hier meint, sind da nicht zu merken, es sei denn sie finden Trump, Putin und den Brexit gut. Aber das hier und dort , über soziale Medien, in die Politik eingegriffen wurde und immer noch wird, sollte kein Geheimnis mehr sein. Im Buch wird auch beschrieben wie wir nur noch Information konsumieren die eigene (Vor)urteile bestätigen und somit das Gehirn lahm legen. Dieses Buch ist ein erster Schritt dagegen zu wirken. Eigentlich 4 1/2 Sterne wegen oben genannter Kritik.

I found this book very insightful and inspirational. It is well thought through and structured, and ends on a call for action. Hari argues that individual actions will in most cases not be sufficient to regain our focus, but we must band together to fight for what we value.
