Das hat mir richtig gut gefallen. Spannung, eine sympathische Polizeichefin mit Ecken und Kanten. Der Einblick in die Kultur der Amish war interessant, der Krimiteil tragisch und es ist wirklich erschreckend, das es Menschen gibt, die für Snuff-Filme Geld bezahlen und sich an der Folter/Missbrauch anderer Menschen aufgeilen. Der Einblick in die Kultur der Amish war interessant, der Krimiteil tragisch und es ist wirklich erschreckend, das es Menschen gibt, die für Snuff-Filme Geld bezahlen und sich an der Folter/Missbrauch anderer Menschen aufgeilen. Ich werde die Reihe weiterlesen. Was mir auch gefällt, ist das es die Autorin nicht nötig hat durch übermäßige Beschreibung von Blut/gedärmen/Gewalt Seiten zu füllen.Es wird zwar beschrieben, aber so das der wahre Horror eher im Kopf des Lesers stattfindet.
