Hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Duhigg erklärt an unterschiedlichen Beispielen wo Gewohnheiten auftreten und geht dabei auch auf neurobiologische Kontexte ein, wobei er zugleich noch einen spannenden Schreibstil hat. Wirklich informativ!
