Another good read in the Sean Duffy series. The main character Sean Duffy is one of the most interesting and convincing detectives in recent British crime fiction. Another good read in the Sean Duffy series. The main character Sean Duffy is one of the most interesting and convincing detectives in recent British crime fiction. Adrian McKinty's depiction of the raw reality of Northern Ireland and its police force is lightened by the ever-present humour. I can thoroughly recommend this series (if you are not already hooked).
