Axel Scheffler is a star illustrator in the world of children's books, and has created many bestsellers including the award-winning The Gruffalo and its irresistible sequel The Gruffalo's Child . Born in Hamburg, Axel now lives in London.

Imelda Staunton is well know internationally for her many film roles, just some of which include Vera Drake, Shakespeare in Love , Sense and Sensibility and Nanny McPhee. Her television work includes Fingersmith, A Bit of Fry and Laurie, The Singing Detective and David Copperfield. She won the BAFTA for best actress for her role as Vera Drake and was also nominated for the best actress Oscar at the 77th Annual Academy Awards.

Die Maus ist niedlich und klug. Die Moral der Geschichte ist nicht vorhersehbar. Insgesamt ist die Geschichte sehr phantasievoll und bringt einen zum Schmunzeln.

Alles wie gewollt. Das Buch ist schön gestaltet und gut zum Englisch Lernen. Empfehlenswert für alle Grundschüler.
