Die Autoren nehmen den Leser an der Hand entlang die viele mögliche Entgleisungen, welche man veranstalten kann in dem Umgang mit seinem Umfeld. Dazu werden die verschiedene Stadien in einer schwierigen Konversation markiert und die verschiedene Reakti... Ein Klassiker (1997) herausgegeben im Rahmen des Harvard Negotiation Project. Die Autoren nehmen den Leser an der Hand entlang die viele mögliche Entgleisungen, welche man veranstalten kann in dem Umgang mit seinem Umfeld. Dazu werden die verschiedene Stadien in einer schwierigen Konversation markiert und die verschiedene Reaktionen der unterschiedlichen Parteien. Gut die Frage ist natürlich wieviel hilft das Lesen eines solchen Buches für die akute Situation. Jedenfalls kann es als praktischer Leitfaden dienen, wenn man konfrontiert wird mit einem schwierigen Gespräch, sowohl privat als im beruflichen Leben.
