Die Star-Journalistin und Ex-Chefin von "Vanity Fair" und "New Yorker", Tina Brown, ist Britin (Lady Evans, geb. 1953 Maidenhead, England) und hat sich als freie Kolumnistin und Gastgeberin von Talkshows in den USA und weltweit einen Namen gemacht. Bei zahlreichen Gelegenheiten traf sie mit Diana zusammen, bereits in den 80er Jahren als Herausgeberin des "Tatler", später für NBCs "Today"-Show. Nach Dianas Tod begann sie mir ihren Recherchen und führte für dieses Buch über 200 Interviews.
