The Editors: Anandam Kavoori is Associate Professor of Telecommunications and Director of The Cultural Technologies Project at the University of Georgia’s Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication. In addition to his scholarly work in media theory and international communication, Dr. Kavoori has been a consultant for News Corporation, CNN International, and the Discovery Channel, and he was a key player in the start up of India’s first two 24-hour news channels, Aaj Tak News and Star News.

Noah Arceneaux has an M.A. in American studies from the Graduate Center at the City University of New York and is a Ph.D. candidate in the University of Georgia’s Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication. His work has been published in a range of academic journals, and he has developed websites for the ABC, CBS, and Fox networks.
