1925. A book of verse from one of the early Cowboy Poets. Whilt came to Eureka, Montana and resided on a ranch they called the Whilt Place. A poet since he was quite young, Whilt discovered people liked his poems so much that he was given a job at Glacier National Park reading his works around campfires to the tourists in the summer. He became Montana's poet Laureate.
