In this book Philosophies are considered as being systems of interrelated assumptions, consciously or unconsciously embraced, which are as basic and general as to be capable of practice in every area of experience and endeavor. Each of the basic Philosophy is explained first of all, somewhat purely, as a general and all-inclusive point of view. This is done by sketching its history and outlining its systematic structure.
