This is because most scholars tend to forget some basic principles (I once met a third year undergraduate student who forgot differentiation while learning Laplace transformation). Therefore, this book can be renamed "Consultative Book". The first few chapters are on fundamentals for any pre-university examination (e.g. WAEC, A-level, GCSE, JAMB etc.) while the latter chapters are basically for Engineers and Scientists.
