In this book I examine the Victorian issues as they are portrayed in Thomas Hardy's novels: Jude the Obscure, Tess of the d'Urbervilles and Two on a Tower; therefore, my main argument is divided into the issues of the three selected novels which cover different Victorian aspects or issues.
