In this book, I put into my own words the wisdom I have taken from the great spiritual and religious traditions from around the world. I don't consider myself much of a teacher, and I don't claim to say much you can't find in any holy book. I'm just a poor soul stumbling through this lifetime, trying my best to remember my guru's three most important teachings: love everybody, serve everybody, remember God at all times.
