Bachelorarbeit aus dem Jahr 2015 im Fachbereich Ingenieurwissenschaften - Bauingenieurwesen, Note: 2,0, Technische Universität München, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die Hybridbauweise, bei der nichttragende Aussenwandelemente in Holzrahmenbauweise an die Stahlbetonkonstruktion in Skelett- und Schottenbauweise befestigt werden, ist eine immer beliebter werdende Bauweise im Geschossbau in Deutschland. Sie überzeugt durch hervorragende physikalische Eigenschaften und kurze Bauzeiten durch Vorfertigung. Durch den hohen Vorfertigungsgrad und die Verbindung zweier Gewerke ist dafür allerdings sehr sorgfältige Planung erforderlich, besonders für die Detailausbildung der Bauteilanschlüsse. Um diesen Planungsaufwand zu verringern, werden in dieser Arbeit die Anschlüsse hinsichtlich möglicher Befestigungsmittel und -systeme typisiert. Es werden zunächst die Grundlagen der Hybridbauweise und ihren Komponenten dargestellt und die für das Bauen mit vorgefertigten Elementen besonders wichtigen Masstoleranzen näher erläutert. Es werden unterschiedliche Befestigungsmittel bzw. -systeme und ihre Eigenschaften dargestellt, ehe der Montageablauf und die statische Bemessung für die beiden Systemvarianten mit vorgehängten und eingestellten Aussenwandelementen beschrieben werden.
The hybrid construction, where non-load bearing exterior wall elements in timber frame are attached to the reinforced concrete structure in skeletal or wall construction, is an increasingly popular design in multi-storey building in germany. It impresses with excellent physical properties and short construction time, because of prefabrication. But due to the high level of prefabrication and the connection of two trades, very careful planning is necessary, particularly for the detailed design of the component connections. To reduce this planning effort, the connections are typed regarding possible fasteners and fastening systems in this thesis. It presents the basics of hybrid construction and its components and explains the dimensional tolerances, which are very important for building with prefabricated elements. There are shown different fasteners and fastening systems and their properties before the assembly process and the structural design are described for the two system variants of curtain walls and in-fill-wall-panels.
