The main task of the work is a scientific justification and further development of double frequency remote sensing of liquid and solid atmosphere aerosols in the form of liquid precipitation and industrial emissions. The double frequency method for remote sensing of atmoaphere aerosols is proposed, theoretically and experimentally studied. The method allows to unambiguously retrieve profile of aerosol parameters in the case of three-parameter model of particle size distribution and take into account the signal attenuation. Numerical simulation of the remote sensing of liquid aerosols showed that the proposed double frequency method allows to measure the microstructure and integral parameters of liquid precipitation, including intensity, water content and particle concentration. At that, experimental study confirmed the validity of made assumptions and showed that difference between contact and remote sensing data does not exceed 15 %. The proposed method for remote sensing of solid aerosols permits to study the effective size of particles, their concentration and mass-loading. The experimental study showed that the difference between contact and radar data does not exceed 25 %
