The concept of holistic fitness in this study is that all potential contributing factors which may affect an individual¿s well-being, are taken into consideration when assessing a person's overall health. Therefore this approach upholds that an adolescent¿s Physical, Physiological, Mental, Emotional, social and Spiritual aspects of personality should be taken into consideration and perceived as a whole. Since the holistic health and fitness is the recent concept, there are no specific studies available in this regard, in order to see the effects by way of integrating the appropriate approach by the researcher/Author.
