We prove that the Riemann Hypothesis upon the zêta function is false. It is a famous conjecture of Riemann ( 1859) upon the zeros of the Delta function which has many applications. Our method is based upon the fact of non use Lemmas, but a sequence of points because as Jacques Dixmier said "Lemmas make loose information".
