Masterarbeit aus dem Jahr 2003 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Berufsbildung, Weiterbildung, Note: A, University of Derby, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Bezugnehmend auf Veränderungen im Schulbetrieb und der damit verbundenen neuen Anforderungen an Lehrer/innen versucht die vorliegende Arbeit den Bereich der Lehrer/innen-Fortbildung zu analysieren. Die Literatur wird dahingehend gesichtet, was unter einer kompetenten Lehrperson zu verstehen ist, welche Ansprüche an diese und ihre Fortbildung gestellt werden und was für eine Professionalisierung des einzelnen relevant bzw. effizient ist. Im Mittelpunkt steht dabei der Ansatz der Gestaltpädagogik, der zuerst theoretisch betrachtet wird, deren Entwicklung und Ideen werden beschrieben und es wird der Frage nachgegangen, was Gestaltpädagogik für die Kompetenzerweiterung von Lehrer/innen leisten kann. Als Grundlage für ein christlich orientiertes gestalt-integratives Lehrer/innentraining in der Slowakei wird die Verbindung Religionspädagogik und Gestaltpädagogik kritisch beleuchtet und auf spezifische Anforderungen der Reformländer in Osteuropa geprüft. Nach einer Dokumentation dieser Fortbildung wird in einer empirischen Untersuchung die Hypothese "Gestaltpädagogische Ansätze in der Lehrerfortbildung ermöglichen Professionalisierung" einer statistischen Überprüfung unterzogen, anschaulich dargestellt und interpretiert.
Referring to the changes in school routine and the standards of teacher attaching thereto the in hand paper tries to analyze the theme advanced training for teacher. Literature has been screened due to what is meant by qualified teacher, what demands are made on them and their advanced training and what kind of profession of the induviduum is relevant respectively efficient. Centre of interest then is the statement of gestalt pedagogics, first examined theoretically, it's developement and ideas are discribed and the question what gestalt pedagogics can contribute to competence expansion of teacher is followed. The combination of religious pedagogics and gestalt pedagogics is critically examined as a base of christian guided gestalt integrativ training for teacher in Slovakia and is considered due to the specifications of the reformative countries in eastern europe. After documenting this advanced training the hypothesis "Gestalt pedagogical approaches within advanced training for teacher make professionalism possible." is statistically examined through an empiric study, graphically represented and interpreted.
