super schöne Bilder und gesunde Rezepte, leider ist von den 100 nur ein einziges dabei, dass ich vielleicht mal ausprobieren werde. bei fast jedem Rezept gibt es weit mehr als 10 Zutaten und die Gerichte sind ziemlich speziell. Als ein-Personen-Haushalt mit begrenztem Budget und wenig Zeit, ist das Kochbuch völlig nutzlos. Die Gerichte sind zu exotisch, dauern zu lange, kosten zu viel... und was soll man mit den Resten der meist 20 Zutaten machen? schade! also schnell, günstig und gesund ist anders.
