The vulnerable population that acquires free housing requires pedagogical tools to value the real estate or housing provided by the state, to live in dignity and with quality of life; in this book, an analysis and reflection is made about a model project of social pedagogy, based on the conceptual approaches consulted and implemented by a team of professionals in the social area in the city of Cartagena de Indias Colombia, with the purpose of becoming a reference for other programs of this nature, in other territories.
