The book included five chapters, the first chapter dealing with people with disabilities, in terms of the concept, the causes of disability among some groups, their rights, and the foundations of caring for and rehabilitating learners with disabilities.
Then the second chapter presented the classifications and categories of people with disabilities, and the third chapter dealt with an important issue, namely the tasks and roles of a teacher of people with disabilities, the foundations and standards for his preparation, the qualities of a teacher of people with disabilities, the most important educational competencies necessary for a teacher of people with disabilities, and some of the educational methods that he can use in educating people with disabilities in their categories. The fourth chapter dealt with definitions of a group of educational and psychological terms and concepts related to people with disabilities in a comprehensive scientific picture. Chapter Five presents the necessary educational considerations when employing teaching strategies in educating people with disabilities.
