The topic presented in this study is highly relevant to society, given that there is a great demand for people with disabilities to have equal conditions, both in the labour market and in their daily lives. The lack of commitment on the part of a city's rulers towards its citizens can be demonstrated by the simple act of coming and going in an urban area, as it can be a major challenge for people with disabilities to simply get around. The issue of accessibility, which is the focus of this study, aims to draw attention to differences and seek to realise the universal rights of people with disabilities. The quality of community life is closely linked to the care and respect for the dignity of everyone, whether or not they have some kind of disability. The so-called Fundamental Rights cannot be a privilege for the few, but rather a broad objective to be pursued. The defence of a society based on the pillars of justice and the law involves discussing, recognising and fighting for the promotion of the dignity and rights of all.
