Martín Gaspar, associate professor of Spanish and comparative literature at Bryn Mawr College, is the author of La condición traductora: Sobre los nuevos protagonistas de la literatura latinoamericana. Juan Poblete, professor of Latin/o American literature and cultural studies at the University of California, Santa Cruz, is the author or editor of many books, including Internet, Humor, and Nation in Latin America. Norman Valencia, associate professor of Spanish and Portuguese at Claremont McKenna College, is coeditor of El manglar de la memoria: Ensayos críticos sobre la obra de Tomás González.
