Dr Tiffany C. H. Leung is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Business at the City University of Macau, China. Her research interests are environmental, social and governance (ESG), social and environmental accounting (SEA), corporate social responsibility (CSR/CSIR), AI advances in the sustainability context, controversial industries, and business ethics. She won an “Emerald Literati Network Awards for Excellence” published in Meditari Accountancy Research in 2017 and has obtained the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) Accounting Educator Research Award in 2025. She was the Co-Principal Investigator of the Inter-Institutional Development Scheme (IIDS) and a team member of the IDS and FDS-funded research project in Hong Kong, while she was the principal investigator of several funded research projects from the Macao Foundation and the Education and Youth Development Bureau (Education Fund) in Macao. Besides, she serves as an Advisory Editorial Board member of Accounting, Auditing and Accountability Journal , an Editorial Board member of Social and Environmental Accounting Journal , and a board member of Accounting Forum . She also published peer-reviewed articles in management, accounting, and business ethics journals.

Dr Wang-Kin Chiu received his Bachelor of Science (first class honours) and PhD in Chemistry from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is a Senior Lecturer at the College of Professional and Continuing Education (CPCE) of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU). He is currently serving as the Programme Leader of Associate in Health Studies and the Scheme Leader of Bachelor of Science (Hons) Scheme in Life and Environmental Sciences. Dr Chiu is also a Management Committee Member of the Centre for Ageing and Healthcare Management Research (CAHMR) of CPCE at PolyU. He has published journal papers and book chapters related to ageing population, education and sustainable environment.
