Mohan Lal Kolhe is a Full Professor of Smart Grid and Renewable Energy at the Faculty of Engineering and Science, University of Agder, Norway. He is an internationally renowned renewable energy technologist with over three decades of academic and research experience. He is a recognized expert evaluator and reviewer for major international research funding bodies, including the European Commission (Erasmus+ International Capacity Building), the Royal Society London, the UK Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC), and the Cyprus Research Foundation, among others. He has frequently been invited to deliver keynote addresses, expert lectures, and workshops worldwide and has served on numerous academic promotion committees. He has successfully secured competitive research funding from leading organizations such as the Norwegian Research Council, the European Union, EPSRC, BBSRC, and NRP for research on sustainable energy systems.

Prema M. Daigavane is a senior academician and administrator with extensive experience in electrical engineering education and research. She currently serves as Professor and Head of the Department of Electrical Engineering at G. H. Raisoni College of Engineering (GHRCE), Nagpur. She has played a pivotal role in organizing and coordinating international conferences and academic events. Her academic and research interests focus on power systems, smart grid technologies, and renewable energy integration. She is deeply committed to promoting innovation, interdisciplinary research, and excellence in engineering education.

Ritesh Kumar Keshri received his B.Sc. (Engineering) and M.Tech degrees in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur, India, in 2003 and 2007, respectively, and obtained his Ph.D. in Energy Engineering from the University of Padova, Italy, in March 2014. Since August 2015, he has been serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology (VNIT), Nagpur. His research interests include power electronics, electric drives, electric vehicle propulsion, and charging infrastructure. He has successfully executed several sponsored research projects funded by the Department of Science and Technology (DST) and MeitY, Government of India, including work on wireless charging, fast‑charging strategies for VRLA batteries, PM‑BLDC motor drives, and synchronous reluctance motors for light electric vehicles.

Swapnil W. Khubalkar is an Assistant Professor of Electrical Engineering at G. H. Raisoni College of Engineering, Nagpur, with over 12 years of teaching and research experience. He secured first rank in his M.Tech program at RTM Nagpur University (2012) and has received several honors, including Best Paper, Innovative Paper, and Inter‑Science Scholastic Awards. He earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur. Dr. Khubalkar has published 12+ journal articles and 35+ conference papers in reputed journals and conferences. He has also played a key role in establishing advanced laboratories, effectively bridging theoretical research with industrial applications, with a strong emphasis on sustainable technologies and innovative engineering solutions.
