This book presents a fractional-order mathematical model to investigate the transmission dynamics of Chlamydia trachomatis, a common sexually transmitted infection with significant global public health impact. The model incorporates multiple transmission pathways, including sexual transmission, vertical transmission from mother to child, and environmental factors linked to poor hygiene. The population is divided into seven compartments, including susceptible, vaccinated, exposed, infected (by different routes), and recovered individuals. To capture memory and history-dependent effects in disease spread, the Atangana-Baleanu-Caputo fractional derivative is applied. Analytical properties such as existence and boundedness of solutions are established using iterative methods, while numerical simulations demonstrate that vaccination, treatment, and improved public health interventions significantly reduce infection levels and increase recovery rates.
