When the museum closes for the night, everything comes to life.
Step inside a museum unlike any other, where history, art, science and nature collide in one spectacular scene. Dinosaurs roam the halls, ancient warriors return to battle, astronauts venture into space, wild animals escape their displays and famous works of art take on a life of their own.
But something else is happening after dark. While the museum's inhabitants create chaos, a gang of art thieves is trying to break in. Can you spot the thieves before they make their way inside?
Packed with witty details, visual jokes and cleverly hidden references to art history and popular culture, The Museum by Night is a richly illustrated 1000 piece puzzle that rewards close looking. The deeper you explore, the more there is to discover.
Illustrated by Martin Ander, creator of the acclaimed puzzles Warhol's World and Pieces of Art, this is a playful journey through art, history, science and popular culture, all brought together in one extraordinary museum after dark. A full-color poster of the complete illustration is included, with key information about the art, inventions and animals featured in the puzzle.
