Rezension

From the reviews:

"This book contains some of the papers presented at … conference and other contributions on supply chain issues in other developing economies. … It should be of great relevance to practicing managers, management professors, and students globally. Hau Lee and Chung-Yee Lee are to be congratulated on bringing out this fine and useful book." (Jamshed A. Modi, Interfaces, Vol. 37 (6), 2007)

“This book is to provide a sense of the high complexity of the management of global supply chains involving emerging economies. … wide variety of inputs in terms of operational scenarios and managerial solutions, which will surely help practitioners in developing supply chain strategies and solutions and stimulate academics with issues and themes to be further developed. … From an academic perspective this book provides interesting insights on supply chain approaches and strategies and on specific features of local contexts in emerging markets … .” (Alessandro Pagano, Journal of Business-to-Business Marketing, Vol. 15 (3), 2008)
