This work reviews the existing situation of inclusion in schools in various countries. Researcher demonstrates that ordinary public schools in pakistan may become the hub of inclusion. However, it reflects that how qualms of ordinary teachers interconnected with policies and societal attitudes become exclusionary barriers. In a nutshell, the study globally discusses inclusion and throws light on rhetorics and realities in Pakistan.
