The present work is an attempt to know about the glimpses of Karbi society and culture. The Karbis are the indigenous population of Karbi Anglong district of Assam, India. Their origin, migration and cultural tradition bears a special significance. In their livelihood, socio cultural norms values and customs are an inseparable part.
