Photographs are an essential part of clinical documentation. In orthodontic treatment, we need to first and foremost start with full set of extra oral and intraoral photographs followed by mid- treatment and post treatment photographs after completion of the treatment. However photographs of pre and post treatment can be misleading if the image on one or both is distorted.
