Now let's sit in a circle, everyone on their chair. Let's settle down in the most comfortable position. Close your eyes and breathe slowly, very slowly. Here we find the tranquility we have always looked for. Sometimes, maybe, when we are too busy, it would be worth it to immerse into this calm state, respecting the human nature that everyone learns in a different speed. We know that sometimes, in the future we are going to need such internal restful states, only for a few minutes to reassure our body in the rushing world around us.
We need to know that the deeper we are in ourselves, the deeper and more relaxed feeling it is for our entire being. In this state, even our internal organs can heal better, and positive changes, which have already started before, go on in a healthy direction.
Remember, what kind of inner power helped you regain your health. Perhaps now this power can be found in you even more, somewhere deep down in you, and is waiting for you to address it in a respectful manor, and ask from it everything that it has already done for you. For yourself.
This is a mighty power, which is able to stop the bleeding, if you hurt the skin on your finger, and to clean diseases and harmful cells from your body with the power of the burning fire. Always, in every moment even if you don't eat properly, this power sorts out the nutrients which can be used in the best way for your body, and removes the rest of it.
Maybe this part of you asked you a long time ago to eat healthier, and perhaps also asked you to work out more. Take his advice seriously, and get really necessary and healthy nutrients into your system. Perhaps by the intake of the outer materials into your system, you reached states that you believed temporarily to be important, but believe me, the most important thing is permanent health. So now we ask everyone, to work on this goal together, and let's empower ourselves that when this healthy life feeling is needed, whenever we want it, it should fully, with its biggest power, as fast as it can, be available for us. Anytime of the day, on winter, spring, summer, autumn and always.
