My favorite quote sums this up easily: humanity has proven time and time again, that it loves crossing boundries it shoudn't. creepy, sometimes cute and dumb but very enjoyable. I fell in love with some weirdoes of Black Spring. And I am a huge fan of Katherine, the witch.

Not as scary as I hoped

Tbh, the ending took a lot from the story for me. I liked how it started out, even though from the blurb and from how it was marketed, I was expecting something completely different. I loved Katherine, and the characters were mostly fun, but I felt let down by the last part of the book. Ah, well.
