Bu kitapta baglamada yaygin olarak kullanilan baglama, bozuk, misket ve müstezat düzenlerinde bestelenmis 20 eser yer almaktadir. Hem tezeneli hem de selpe tekniklerine yönelik olarak hazirlanan bu bestelerin baglama egitiminde de yararli olabilecegi düsüncesiyle notasyonda metodik imgelerin kullanilmasi uygun görülmüstür.
The instrument of Baglama, which has been shaped within many years in the rural areas and has a rich and profound history, began to create its tradition in the urban areas after the establishment of the Turkish Republic. In the past, this instrument mostly passed down the vocal melodies; however, now it is agreed by many music authorities that it is about time it must be a part of instrumental music on its own as well.
The primary purpose of this book is to contribute to Baglama new tradition without ignoring its richness dating back to old times. This book involves twenty works composed in the tunings of baglama, of bozuk, of misket and of müstezat. Those compositions, prepared to be played in both picked and pickless selpe styles, are thought to be beneficial for baglama education as well, and thus it is agreed that methodical symbols should be used in the notation.
