“Environmental Public Interest Litigation in China is undoubtedly a scholarly monograph on environmental law that is clear in its theme, rich in content and deep in analysis. … This monograph sincerely analyzes the current problems and challenges of EPIL in China and offers numerous suggestions for improvement, reflecting a pragmatic and truth-seeking spirit of academic research. Therefore, the academic contributions of this book are fully commendable and highly recommended.” (Ran An, International Environmental Agreements - Politics, Law and Economics, Vol. 24 (4), 2024)
