One of the most difficult situations in a dentist's clinical practice is the restoration of endodontically treated teeth because it requires procedures from several different fields, including prosthetics, operational dentistry, and endodontics. In order to gain access to the pulp chamber and root canal system during instrumentation, as well as to remove the carious tissue and temporary restorations, these restorations aim to replace the structures lost during endodontic surgery. It's also crucial to keep in mind that the prognosis of teeth that have undergone endodontic treatment depends not only on the success of the procedure itself, but also on the quantity of remaining tooth tissue and the final restoration that will be affixed to the dental element. The dentist must be aware of these changes and their effects in order to properly plan and carry out the restorative treatment of endodontically treated teeth. This includes anticipating potential recurrences and formulating the best course of action for each individual case. Hence this book compiles the information for simple comprehension of the subject and its application.
