Recognizing and managing feelings is not easy, specially for a kid. They often don't recognize what is happening to them and it makes them feel even more frustrated. With the help of this book, kids will be able to recognize different feelings and seeing them from the distance, and this way they will be able to see the ideal solution to each feeling. So each child, who is unique and requires specific attention, will choose the way he or she wants to be helped or accompanied when they are facing with feelings or sensations that are difficult to manage. The great value of this book is that it allows the child to create his/her own book of emotional education, which will be an invaluable support for parents who sometimes don't know how to help or accompany their kids when they feel misunderstood, angry, jealous, confused ... With this book, children can see problems from the outside, without being directly involved, which is the only way to think clearly, as if they wanted to help a friend, with a clear and empathetic mind. After writing down in the book their own tips for helping monsters, the whole family will have an extraordinary guide to help the child when he/she needs it. All this by fun and colorful drawings created to talk and discuss important issues in a relaxed and enjoyable way.
