Ich habe Fangirl Down von Tessa Bailey als Hörbuch an einem Stück beendet, weil es so gut war, dass ich nicht aufhören konnte! Ich meine Tessa ist schon seit langen einer meiner absoluten Lieblings Autoren, aber ich habe das Gefühl das jedes mal wenn ich ein Buch von ihr lese, welches ich noch nicht kenne, ich sagen muss, dass das es mein neues Lieblings Buch ist. Der Schreibstil von ihr ist so gut und man hat auch keine Probleme irgendetwas zu verstehen. Ich liebe Wells so sehr, er ist die Definition von harter Schale, weicher Kern. Es war so süß, wie er die ganze Zeit versucht hat seine Fassade als Bad Boy dem alles egal ist oben zu halten und man aber gleich gemerkt hat, wie sehr er sich aber wirklich kümmert und wie sehr es ihn eigentlich am Herzen liegt. Josephines Charakter hat mich sofort überzeugt! Sie ist süß, aber auch gleichzeitig so Impulsive und lässt sich nicht sagen oder verbieten. Ein großer Plus Punkt war für mich, dass sie Diabetes hatte, da ich das auch noch nicht in einem Buch lesen durfte. Es war einfach eine super GrumpixSunshine Sportsromcom mit einer genau richtigen Ladung Spice! Ich freue mich auch schon richtig, wenn ich Band 2 als Hörbuch hören kann! Ich kann euch dieses Buch nur ans Herzen legen! Es ist auch für englisch Anfänger geeignet! Eure Leni ❤️ Ich hab diesem Buch  5/5 Sternen gegeben!

When I think about sports romances, golf is not what comes to mind and that sport can seem quite boring and pretentious. But that’s the opposite in Fangirl Down by Tessa Bailey and it’s one of my new favorite books and comes very close to my favorite Tessa Bailey book Hook, Line, and Sinker. This is the story of Josephine and Wells.   Josephine loves golf and runs her family’s pro shop. She is such an amazing heroine with a very positive outlook on life. I also liked how her dealing with diabetes was shown. Josephine is the number one fan of pro golfer Wells Whitaker, and she goes to all the local tournaments with diy signs even though his career is going downhill, and it seems like she is the only one believing in him.   Wells had a rough childhood, and he is like the bad boy of golf. Once he was a rising star, but at some point, he’s lost his spark and love for the sport. He hates questions and is rather grumpy and ready to quit. But that’s exactly when Josephine becomes his new caddy and brings some love and colors back into his life.   Josephine and Wells are such a great team and I love how they worked together and the grumpy sunshine dynamic between them was everything. They also work beyond well off the golf course and the sparks between them are scorching hot creating some amazing spicy scenes. My favorite was how Wells slowly began to feel again and his love grew with each page. I absolutely love this book and more than highly recommend it.
