Tandem Read with Powerless

I did a tandem read! honestly i didn't quite thought that this will be something i can do or would do but i did it and i am so happy i did. those books were nerve wrecking, heart breaking and almost made me SOB!!! reading them in a tandem was so much easier that i thought it'd be, i really enjoyed it. a lot. powerful was the story of paes best friend adena and of a boy with the name makoto, shortly mad. it took place in the exact same time as paes and kais story, oh and both stories are easy written and very understandable. it was really exciting to read both stories together since it took place in the same time but it was heartbreaking as well. so if you ever considered reading those book as a tandem read? do it!

Kind and calm instead of brutal ~ 10 / 10

This is a beautiful story fitting to the book already published. With playing at the same time but with other point of views it gave me such a different feeling to read it. And I liked it more than Powerless because it made me more smile. I just feel closer to Adena than Paedyn because we are more alike. I'm a kind and calm personality and also smile a lot. I can snap as well but it just doesn't fit to me. And that's also why I love the dedication so much. Because of these reasons it's an absolute favorite of mine of which I'd always pick up again - because it means something to me and how I felt during reading it. So I recommend this to sensitive people, to those who don't like battles or to fight and to fans of Adena. Thank you, Lauren, for giving us this perspective of the storyline and I can't wait for the following books.

Schreibfehler

Es liegt vielleicht am Verlag, aber es waren einige Schreibfehler im Buch drin, was nun mal nicht schön zu lesen ist. Sie treten regelmäßig auf und das ist etwas ärgerlich. Sonst ist die Story sehr schön verfasst, passend zu Adena hehe. Nur etwas Klischeehafte Szenen, was auch bei Powerless der Fall war. Sonst ein guter Read für zwischendurch. Muss aber nicht sein.

Powerful <3

This book had me crying, laughing, kicking my feet and cursing at the same time. I really recommend it and I also recommend reading it after powerless because I read it after I read the whole trilogy and it was still beautiful and powerful :) but still. 10/10 ❤️

Unbedingt lesen, wenn man Powerless mochte - spielt zurselben Zeit, allerdings aus einer anderen Perspektive. Wunderschöne, traurige Geschichte, die mich von Anfang an in den Bann gezogen hat. Taschentücher bereit halten!
