The book is very different from what you might expect and even though I was invested for the most part, I thought the ending was underwhelming for the whole build-up.
The thriller is very strong on the supernatural side, which is not mentioned in the blurb, giving a false expectation. Which is mainly the reason why I didn’t enjoy it that much!
