EMPIRE OF DAWN_EMPIRE OF V3 HB

This is incredibly hard to review. And you’ll know why, once you get to the ending. I'm so torn. For one, this is as perfect an ending as I could've wished for. It feels earned and it absolutely IS the ending we deserve... I’m just not completely satisfied. The finale left me hungry for more. And although that's intentional and very on-brand for Jay Kristoff, I feel empty now. This is still objectively better than any other series I've read, and I will die on that hill. I loved it despite its flaws, because I love this world and its characters. The melodrama. The edginess of it all. But I also hate it for a lot of the same reasons. It’s ...complicated. Just read it, alright?
