Die individuellen Einstellungen spielen insbesondere in der Korrelation mit strukturellen Rahmenbedingungen eine wichtige Rolle für die Ausgestaltung inklusiver Praxis. Ein zentrales Ergebnis ist, dass theologische Motive für beide Berufsgruppen eine weitestgehend ungenutzte Ressource darstellen, die für die Reflexion herausfordernder Situationen im Kontext von Inklusion sowie für die Verbindung von professionellem Selbstbild und Inklusionskonzept dienlich sein können.

What attitudes do Protestant pastors and religious education teachers have towards inclusion and what significance do these attitudes have for the implementation of inclusion processes? Inclusion, as a practical-theological cross-sectional topic, connects both professional groups, especially through religious education. Individual attitudes play an important role in the design of inclusive practice, especially in correlation with structural conditions. A central result is that theological motifs represent a largely unused resource for both professional groups, which can be useful for reflecting on challenging situations in the context of inclusion. Also, for the connection between professional self-image and inclusion concept.
