Despite there being no indication, the Collins Classics Version of John Bunyan's "The Pilgrim's Progress" is Jesse Lyman Hurlbut's abridged version and does not contain Bunyan's full text. Even though there is no mention of it on the store page, this version is targeted at children, wherefore it does not only have simplified language, but it is also missing entire passages that were deemed too complicated and or boring for children.
