Pastor Clyde E. McNell Sr. has faithfully served in pastoral ministry for over 40 years, preaching and teaching the Word of God with passion and conviction. In addition, he serves as President of the Iberville Parish Ministers Conference, a historic fellowship of churches dedicated to advancing the gospel and serving the community. Pastor McNell is known for his practical, Spirit-led preaching that combines biblical depth with everyday application. He has a heart for mentoring young ministers, strengthening church leadership, and encouraging believers to live faithfully in a world filled with challenges. His ministry extends beyond the pulpit through teaching, counseling, and community outreach. As an author, Pastor McNell has written books and devotionals designed to uplift, inspire, and equip God's people. His writings, much like his preaching, emphasize hope, perseverance, and trust in God's promises. Above all, he is a servant of Christ who believes that the Christian life is a journey - moving from imperfection to the perfection God has promised in Christ. His life scripture is Philippians 3:13-14: "Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus." Pastor McNell is a husband, father, and grandfather who cherishes faith, family, and the call to serve God's people with integrity and love.
