Dr. Moumita Kundu is currently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Technology at Brainware University, West Bengal. She is also a member of the Center for Multidisciplinary Research & Innovations at Brainware University. Her research focuses on disease biology and therapeutics. She is a former Research Associate at KIIT Deemed University, Bhubaneswar. Dr. Kundu earned her PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, West Bengal, India. She completed her B.Pharm and M.Pharm at Jadavpur University, West Bengal, where she received the University Gold Medal for securing the first position in order of merit in the B.Pharm examination of 2013. She also has expertise in stimuli-responsive drug delivery system development and bioanalytical method development. Dr. Kundu has published several SCI(E) articles in reputed international journals, including Molecular Cancer, BBA-Reviews on Cancer, BBA-Molecular Basis of Disease, Experimental Cell Research, and Chemical Engineering Journal, achieving an h-index of 14.


Dr. Subhayan Das is a medical practitioner with expertise in cancer biology, biomedical engineering, and clinical research. He has obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Medical Sciences from NRS Medical College & Hospital, a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, and a Doctorate degree in Cancer Biology from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. He is currently an Associate Professor at Brainware University in the Department of Allied Health Sciences. He has more than 15 years of experience in clinics and 5 years of experience in translational health research. His research is focused on breast cancer stem cells, chemoresistance, computational biology, and drug design. Dr. Das is highly proficient in elucidating the molecular mechanisms of breast cancer stem cells and chemoresistance and in discovering molecular targets for novel anti-cancer therapies. He has also made significant contributions to the development of smart biomaterials for wound healing and anti-cancer drug delivery systems. He has an impressive h-index of 25, and his publications in high-impact journals such as
