Minyi Xu, professor at Dalian Maritime University. His research interests include underwater sensing technologies and equipment.


Fang Zong, professor with Jilin University. Her research interests include traffic simulation, driving behavior analysis, travel behavior analysis, and eco-driving. 


Wenchao Shen, Senior Engineer at Guangzhou Schoolplus Software Ltd. His research interests include traffic control and optimization, traffic modeling and simulation.
