She has been engaged in medical oncology for more than 20 years under the supervision of academician Sun Yan and academician Xu Binghe, and has devoted herself to the comprehensive treatment of malignant tumours such as breast cancer. She has been awarded the titles of "National 38 Red Flag Woman", "People's Famous Doctor" and "Capital's Most Beautiful Woman Struggler". She has been honoured with the titles of "National March 8 Red Flag Woman", "People's Famous Doctor" and "Capital's Most Beautiful Woman Struggler". She has won 13 national and provincial awards, including the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, the first prize of the Maternal and Child Health Science and Technology Award, and the second prize of the Science and Technology Award of the Ministry of Education.
