Alvaro Rocha is Professor at ISEG, University of Lisbon, Portugal, and is Vice-Chair of IEEE SMC Portugal Chapter. His main research interests are maturity models, cybersecurity, management information systems, intelligent systems, e-government, e-health, and information technology in education. He is Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Journal of Information Systems Engineering & Management (JISEM), and Iberian Journal of Information Systems and Technologies ( Revista Ibérica de Sistemas e Tecnologias de Informação , RISTI) and Series Editor of the Information Systems Engineering and Management series (Springer)

Elisabeth T. Pereira  is an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering and Tourism (DEGEIT), Vice-Director of the Doctoral Program in Economics Sciences and Business, Coordinator of the Dual Degree Master in Economics and Full Researcher at the Governance, Competitiveness, and Public Policies (GOVCOPP) research unit at the University of Alveiro, Portugal. She is the author of several dozen articles published in international scientific journals indexed, book chapters, and institutional reports. She is also a reviewer of national and international journals.

Isaias Scalabrin Bianchi is a Professor of Management and Assistant Coordinator of the Open University of Brazil at Federal University of Santa Catarina, Brazil. His research interests are in IT governance, IT management, business process management, and higher education. His research has been published in leading IS conferences and international journals.

Mauel Luis Au-Young Oliveira  is Associate Professor with Habilitation in the Department of Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering and Tourism (DEGEIT) and Full Researcher at the Governance, Competitiveness, and Public Policies (GOVCOPP) research unit at the University of Alveiro, Portugal.

Tutut Herawan  is an Associate Professor in the Department of Information Systems, Faculty of Computer Science and Information Systems at the University of Malaysia. His is also research fellow at the Institute for Big Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence (IBDAAI) at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Shah Alam, Malaysia. His research interests include data science and big data, data engineering and information systems, soft computing and data mining, and information technology for tourism. He was named in the Top 2% World Scientists Ranking by Stanford University and Elsevier BV, from 2019 to present. Dr. Herawan is Editor of the International Journal of Knowledge and Systems Science (IGI Global), Associate Editor of Springer Nature Computer Science Journal, and editorial advisory board member of the Information Systems Engineering and Management series (Springer).
